In 2003, Arkians and JRMA initiated a Design outsourcing model for Development of JRMA's projects using Arkians India team. Arkians continually outperformed in service, and later was recognized as strategic partner of JRMA for its India activities. For JRMA, Arkians performed Paper-to-CAD conversion, preparation of Construction Documents, CAD standards, Building Information Modeling solutions and 3D visualization. The projects that were successfully executed using the partnership include Remodel for Adesco Safe Company, California, Prescott Transfer Station, Prescott, Arizona, Stanton Recycling and Transfer station, California, Reuter Recycling Facility, Florida (2003)

Arkians promoted JRMA's design services in India as it bid for Design of a proposed Hazardous waste station facility at Ghumenhera village to the Delhi Govt. (1996). Arkians intends to partner with JRMA to utilize the technique of Building Information Modeling to develop better Public Infrastructure.
