In 2003, Arkians and JRMA initiated a Design outsourcing model for Development of JRMA's projects using Arkians India team. Arkians continually outperformed in service, and later was recognized as strategic partner of JRMA for its India activities.

For JRMA, Arkians performed Paper-to-CAD conversion, preparation of Construction Documents, CAD standards, Building Information Modeling solutions and 3D visualization.

The projects that were successfully executed using the partnership include Remodel for Adesco Safe Company, California, Prescott Transfer Station, Prescott, Arizona, Stanton Recycling.
