Building Simulation.

Buildings can be simulated and tested for performance in areas like traffic managment, Emergency and Disaster response, Energy efficiency, Aesthetics, Strength and Durability etc. Earlier, there were less methods available to evaluate design of a building and rate its performance against any standard. Today, standards for many functional aspects are noted. One example is LEED which attempts to standardize the Energy efficiency of a building.

It has been proven that using advanced software, most aspects of functioning of a building can be predicted to 90% of accuracy. Our scheme is to have our software co-ordinate design, construction and maintenance such that a designer is involved in a project after the building is executed.

Vision Habitauto

Habitauto is an endeavor of Arkians to integrate technology with dwellings/ infrastructure so that the stages of Pre-construction, Construction and Post-construction are viewable through a common frame-work.
